Castleknock lost 12 out of 13 games in this league last year and relegated as bottom team. Was hoping that playing in Div 9 would keep lads interested but because Parnells are gone we are back into Div 8.
Surely one of the stronger Div 9 teams who missed out on promotion could be asked if they would like to move up.
We will struggle again this year and will affect our numbers turning up.

Did Setanta put out a team against Cuala?

Cuala won by 1. I think 2-7 to 0-12 or thereabouts

I’m happy to hear Setanta have kept their second team alive after folding last year. They try so hard to keep Hurling going in Ballymun in fairness to them :+1:t2:
