Saw an interview with Shane Enright the other day, he claimed he trains five days a week doing session of one and a half to two hours, max ten hours a week. That is hardly over the top, I reckon a lot of ordinary joe soaps put in as much time to prepare for park runs on a Saturday morning. Think it is more a problem of the ratio, at least the park run lad gets a run a week.
