Does anyone know if the GAA clubs nearby, Clontarf or Raheny are providing parking ? I’d rather give them a few bob for parking if they are doing it .
Clontarf has nothing to offer. Not sure about Raheny.
oh very quick!
Wow, great to hear a big concert in St Anne’s again, is that the first time in about 25 years? Back then organisation was fraught. Hope you enjoy a great event. Parking maybe along Springdale Rd or Edenmore Crescent in Raheny or the causeway to Dollymount strand. Along Howth Rd after Raheny Village or Brookwood Avenue in Artane(extension of Vernon Ave). Seafront Rd in Clontarf back towards Fairview might be possible, or try around Killester, could bus it from there.
Thanks for that , good suggestions .
Rahney don’t have a car park. And I’d say the roads around their clubhouse will be no parking.
Plan B in operation then .
Was supposed to meet someone at the Red Stables on the May Bank Holiday Monday just gone. The word ‘chaos’ doesn’t do the parking situ in the entire area justice. Hopefully things are better for concerts.
There’s a carpark on Collins Ave at the railway bridge (It’s for the Killester Dart Station). Short walk then along the Howth Road (about 10 mins)., then turn down Sybill Hill to St. Annes.
Carpark can take about 60 cars
