Lots of the 'Irish citizens' freed from the genocidal cauldron of Gaza were probably born in Palestine... Same for the French. Furthermore, there is an ocean of difference between Hamas or Israel targeting French citizens (for example) and them being caught up in this.

Every time you resort to your ad hominem comments, I laugh internally. You lashed in a bit of rape, to dig in and strengthen your point. Have you any idea how many innocent people end up killed in conflicts? It's nothing remotely new. As I said, the Israelis have murdered people from other countries for fun, including journalists. The Russians blew up a plane full of people from European countries a few years ago..... and no action taken by the EU, even though it was no accident. If Israel had bombed 100 Irish citizens in Palestine, it would give no focks about any criticism.

Being honest I haven't heard that being mentioned by any of the leaders as a condition of support, I would imagine some EU citizens have been killed Gaza too

I'd say some don't want to antagonise the US or Israel. I argued against your suggestion that it was about citizens killed in Israel or Gaza. I gave an example of where hundreds of EU citizens were blown from the sky by Russia..... And yet the EU traded away with Russia, not a bother. Everything I said is relevant. If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

Eventually, although voted by the majority, it did not gather the required two-thirds majority (88 in favor and 55 against).
Which seems fair
