Not a chance. They'll make all the right noises but won't back it up with action. Even when England couldn't progress in the WC Harry Kane still didn't wear the rainbow armband in the last game, players could have worn the rainbow laces to really highlight it. I remember a few of us that didn't, a few others engaged in belittling of that position. If I remember rightly the World Cup ended up with two different threads, one for the event, and one for the football.

Seems like quiet a few of the new imports are desperate to leave, or hate it there. I suppose they have those huge crowds in attendance to make it all feel worth it.

Surely they knew what they were getting in to. Non Muslims would probably struggle to adapt but I suppose that happens in reverse with the premiership

The money probably seemed enough to get them over it. It seems it's that crap, even limitless money can't buy them happiness.

Not my recollection. No issue with people boycotting it but we set up another thread for people who wanted to actually discuss the football.

I'll not be following it, and won't bother much with the rugger either as long as it continues on it's current path.

There's a video going around of Luis Diaz's old man celebrating in the stadium after Diaz's two goals helped Columbia beat Brazil.
