How does the colums in the future calendar map to the leagues? There is Senior A, Senior B, Inter and Junior. Is that 1, 2 3, 4 and everything below 4 is junior?

YES :+1:

So. after all that delay, its basically the exact same as last season with a minor adjustment at the start due to when Easter falls. Ok…lesson learned here. :confounded:

What’s the story with this shield I’m seeing after championship? For teams that don’t get out of the groups in championship? And if so why doesn’t it start till a month after the final group game?

A huge crisis in Crokes with only 3…

Sure didn’t the rest of them come on together as subs in Croke park?

Interesting addition to the CCC Regulations regarding refixtures and non availability of referees.

  1. The CCC shall make fixtures, and if necessary, adjust same, provided proper (5 days /120 hours) notice is given. For all replays or re-fixtures proper notice shall be considered to be 4 days (96 hours). Notice of original fixtures shall be in writing / email but notice of replays / re-fixtures need not necessarily be in writing / email. It shall be the responsibility of clubs to check their email for fixtures. Time of delivery where fixtures are sent by email shall be in accordance with Rule 4.6(c)(iii) T.O. 2022. It shall be the responsibility of each Team to make contact with, and speak to, the Referee of their games at least 72 hours before each fixture to confirm the arrangements (exception – force majeure) for the game and to ensure the Referee’s availability. Where a game falls through because of the non-attendance of a Referee, and it is found that neither team contacted the appointed Referee or the Referees Coordinator (where the Referee was uncontactable) as specified above the CCC shall declare the game null and void.

That’s after the ballymun fiasco last year

Its a good addition. A simple text to the ref saves so much hassle. It is a rule in LGFA a good few years and rather than it being void you can concede the game.
