Ref a no show for Pats BOI
Is there some new rule about contacting referees this year in advance of games?
This is always the case. Both teams contact ref, teams text/call each other confirming game and venue.
Not sure its a rule but its the norm anyway
Think there is a rule around it this year, if you fail to contact the ref and he doesn’t show you forefit the game, I think it was something like that anyway
It’s pushed out to 72hrs (from 48 last season) prior to a game now, and you must call the ref rather than just text. Same goes for contacting the opposition.
