Anyone explain why Scoil are still in Div 2 again this year.

Scoil lost relegation play off v Crumlin….who are now listed in AHL3

Maybe crumlin requested to go down?

Think they did

Looks like you’re right. From CCC today.

A Chara,

Please find attached AFL and MHL fixtures for w/e 19th February and AHL and MFL fixtures for w/e 26th February.

League gradings are based on 2022 adult and minor league positions and, where it was possible, on requests from Clubs. Unfortunately, it has not been possible to accede to all the gradings requested by clubs. CCC will not be entering into any further correspondence re league gradings.

Ballinteer v Whitehall a big game to start this league.

O’Toole’s beat Whitehall 0-17 0-11 in Blunden Drive tonight, decent challenge game.

Be interesting to see how Castleknock will fare in this league. A club that could eventually end up a Div 1 team in the short to medium term.

They got relegated out of it in 2019 and will be mid table this year.

Having Cian Boyle involved with the County side won’t help them either.

Is he still involved? Injured of course because he’s a Dublin forward :expressionless:

Boyle is only on the fringes though so might still play a good bit.

Castleknock lost 2-3 important players to emigration in recent years but they have solid talent coming through. I think they will be very competitive here still.

Finbarrs won by 5 vs scoil

Good win for Raheny out in Setanta. Tough place to win at.
