AHL2: @gaabsj 1-21 @NaomhFionnbarra 1-17.
AHL2: @ScoilCLG 0-19 @tomasdaibhis 4-22.
Finbarrs Ballinteer was a decent game out in Marley Park. Good standard on show from the players and the ref it must be said.
Raheny BSJ be a good game
Raheny well on top. 0-20 to 0-10 at half time.
It was 3-11 to 0-10 at half time
Finished 3-21 to 0-17
Boden 2.19 O Tooles 4.07
Had converted goals to points in my head
Raheny remain unbeaten. This is a very impressive run by them. I haven’t seen a team power through Division 2 like this since Barróg went up to Division 1 about 5-years ago.
Plunketts won it handy last year winning 10 out of 11 games after no promotion or relegation in 2 years
Raheny flying it, Liam Dunne and McAlwenney (sp) hit 1-6 and 1.4 respectively in the last game, some going.
Boden so strong too for a 2nd team
Scoil Setanta a big game coming up to determine relegation spots
Won’t really matter as the two of them will be in a playoff anyway against each other.
Setanta have a chance of getting out of the relegation spots if they win the last two and Scoil can still go straight down
Both playing for home advantage in the event of a play off also , home advantage for Setanta a big thing even if it is an awful pitch, Scoil’s not much better to be fair
Yeah I know all that but my point is they will both end up in a relegation playoff and more than likely against each other as I can’t see Setanta beating Isles or Finbarrs with both of them being away too.
Scoil were one of the worst teams I’ve seen at this level in a long time and have only won one game so far this year.
Setanta’s pitch could do with a good cut, grass is far too long for hurling matches. Last sat was the worst I’ve ever seen for this time of the year,. Borderline unplayable in patches.
