Crokes gave two walkovers, Finbars & TD
Sorry I thought you were talking about Crumlin.
Why was the Crumlin and Scoil game a dead rubber? Crumlin beat them so it should be Scoil in AHL 3.
Scoil couldn’t be caught by Crumlin regardless of the result.
That doesn’t matter as the ruling is the bottom team in each league shall be relegated which was Crokes as they gave the walkovers.
The 2nd and 3rd last teams in each league shall play-off with the loser also relegated which should have been Scoil.
Crumlin must have asked to go to AHL3, they took a few heavy losses in the championship as well
Maurs and Crumlin are really going to syruggle in this vs a lot of very strong teams.
Bodens 3rd team the next weakest.
Picking a winner near impossible
Mearnóg have a very tough test vs Crokes away in 1st game
Fingallians vs Clontarf probably the pick of the lot
Is the Bray team in this league the one who won the Leinster club intermediate championship last year?
Yes minus the Wicklow county lads.
I’d fancy commercials to get promoted this year if they can tog the majority of their first team in the league, I’m sure dub 20s will affect them though.
As long as Wicklow are involved. They play with them after that.
Too soon. They haven’t beaten a lot of teams in this grade in a good few years. Next year or year after maybe.
Maurs bet Round Towers who are also a team that seems to be in decline
Seán Power managing Commercials this year, he was managing Dubs 20’s last couple years.
Crokes 2nd side are well able to beat anyone in this league, they just lack consistency but could easily be in the shake up at the end of the league.
Commercials 2-18
Crumlin 2-12
Down in crumlin
Boden 2.14
Cuala 3.11
Crokes Mearnog finished all square. 0-20 to 1-17
Mearnog will be happy with that. Tough first game away.
Fins Clontarf?
Fins won by 4. 3-14 to 2-13
