Great news
That is great news, i was almost afraid to ask about next year
Great news.
If he stays free of (serious) injury, he can only be better next year.
That ankle injury really hampered him most of the year, came good when it mattered thankfully. His staying on gives us a chance to bed someone else in hopefully.
You would think it may also sway some others to stay on for 2024, too.
Managed to win a Club and Senior AI in the one year so worked out well . Paul just turned 30 so he’d still be at peak next year if he stays injury free.
Id hope they all take time singularly to do what’s best for each and everyone of them, all will have individual commitments ,as the years go by it dawns on players of what they’ve missed out on.
Your into bonus country if others commit, but ultimately its all about yourself
100%.
I was being purely selfish and I won’t make any apologies for being so!!
personally i think they should put Dublin first and stop thinkin about themselves
But they owe us.
they do in fairness, they don’t realise how lucky they are to have us
Deano isn’t saying Goodbye to the Hill just yet either…
Good to keep his experience around the camp but would prefer to see us investing in the likes of Breathnach for game time
Is there any top class ( Deano level ) place kicker out there that is an option to come into the set up
Always maintained u can’t win AI without a mail on long range kicker , Cluxton covered it this year but really something we need in the team
Long term
while good news that he is coming back , i would have been very dissapointed if he left the panel.
While its a young mans game , the main stays of the team now are hitting 30 and have 2 (or more) years left in them - we should panic then.
I see @tayto is wishing his life away …
Meanwhile … more preferential treatment for Dublin footballers …

huh?
Into 2024 already. Cool the jets lad … don’t want to hit that milestone yet!
Paul Mannion started it
I wasn’t going to start the thread until the SFC was mostly concluded … honest …
