Two hands on the hurl essential for an average club player , short grip low and scoop , the higher you go up the levels the skill level rises , a really good player at speed will lift one handed on the run making it look easy
Two hands on the hurl is a shout of frustration watching someone/certain players who continuously fail to pick the ball up
