Hurling and camogie honored by UNESCO

Footballers wont be happy

does this mean no rule changes can be brought without the permission of the UN?

It has rules ?

rule 1 of hurling - “we’re better than any sport, esp gaelic football”

rule 2 - if any irishman mentions any other sport/dangerous activity, hurling must be mentioned, but only in a way that emphasises that hurling is better. “Buzz Aldrin may have walked on the moon but could he cut against hells kitchen in their prime?”

Good to protect our culture and heritage, but in real terms what does it mean?

It means that Semple Stadium and the Munster Final will become the 8th Wonder of the World.
