Where he decides to have a third go (around 1:05) is where the police should have come in and arrested him. If a fan had tried to get at the other player in such a manner, he/she would have been arrested.

They paused the game for quite a while, apparently, so they could read out messages of congratulations from around the world and to let him make a speech. Fukcing ridiculous. And then they lost the game.

Caught it on Sky news , all should have been done after the game , pure bullshit to stop the game

Especially when it was clear he was going to break the record in the game, not like a soccer game where he might not score, but the yanks love the show, went to a Red sox game once, got the feeling the game was secondary to whatever else was going on around Fenway Park.
A bit like Old Trafford, so?
Surely thats a blessing when the game on show in baseball though

Just back from Bulls v Timberwolves at the United Centre in Chicago. Well I know SFA about basketball, but I know that was an exciting match. Some comeback by the Bulls on front of their home crowd, to then win it in Overtime. Bulls spent the whole of normal time behind.
