Well from that description it sounds like it would be ideal.
Read some stuff questioning how much effect the planes will have, that Russia has very good air defense capabilities, so think jets will just be used to fire longer-range munitions at ground targets.

The Ukrainians are going for a different type of surprise every few days. I bet they will find some way to make those planes useful. It looks like the Ukrainians struck another large Russian ship yesterday or the day before. The ship the Russians have been showing distance pictures of seems to be it’s sister ship. Now why would they need to do that!
