I don’t believe in splitting Dublin or amalgamating counties…it’s insane

Gives the game away really doesn’t it

But… According to the bitters they are four counties. Can’t have it both ways… If you are doing that then it also rruins ó rourkes big idea that we have to give every opportunity to all those lads who will never get a chance to play intercounty.

It does… stripped back, held back, slapped back. Thats what they want. So Kildare or Meath can wallop Carlow and then get walloped by Kerry. As Marty Makeup would say… Normal Business has been restored. Them Jackeen fuckers and their idea of been middle-class now playing ‘our’ games… like how dare they! :sunglasses:

I think that is because we are debating here the arguments which have been put into the media by people who have thought nothing through and are totally partisan and irrational. So you get many totally contradictory ideas. The only thing they have in common is to “get the gaa to stop this”

They can’t even agree on how to finish us off…

Breheny the fucking snake that he is

There’s merit in splitting Dublin but not in amalgamating counties according to himself. Well done Pat you knew one of the fuckers would bite and show themselves. They can’t help it

Well if your going to mention splitting Dublin then merging counties has to be in the conversation. It’s not an completely alien concept in GAA with regional teams in lots of counties.

Oh no you can’t amalgamate counties, sure you would take away their identity. Oh wait…

It shows the absurdity of it all. Gilroy very clever throwing Cork-Kerry into the mix along with another few pearlers. Mayo 2nd best team. Andy sitting there dumbstruck …

Can you imagine how good the 4 Dublin teams would be if we were split up. Dublin City Council Area would still win the AI. Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown Area & South Dublin would still make the Quarter Finals & Fingal would push for a Top 12 Finish. Dublin is a bit like the Hydra now, cut off our head and 4 more will grow.

problem there chief is that there is no way the brainiacs will allow four Dublin teams into a Leisnter championship. They will run if on the basis of a round robin or Dublin provincial and the winner progresses to the Leisnter championship. The other three can go and ■■■■ off been second rate Dublin teams. will someone please think of the children.

The other Dublin teams would have to have access to the qualifiers at the very least if such a topic was broached
