If I recall this was launched shortly after the All-Ireland win in 2011 and considering it was a 5 year plan to develop the strategy of Dublin GAA and long-term succession in both football and hurling.
It would be interesting to see (1) how far the plan was progressed (2) what % was successful
An interesting point in the article was that Dublin imvested in people, not capital projects. I do think you can’t let physical infra structure lag behind, but you can over do it too and I think some counties have. People are the key to all this, and a lot of good people are doing a lot of good work in Dublin now.
