Hi Lads.
The big man left us 10 years ago this month. A memorial challenge game is organised for Good Counsel GAA club on Saturday evening 19th August. It will be a North side v South side format with ex Dublin footballers on both sides. To date Ray Cosgrove, Paul Griffin , Johnny McNally, Vinnie Murphy and several others have confirmed their attendance , and I’ll be confirming many more over the next few days. Johnny Magee even said he’ll play if we can get a jersey to fit him 
. An invitation is open to anyone of any footballing standard to take part on the night. A few surprise guests are planned too. It’s all aimed at having a bit of craic with a bit of football breaking out every now and then, however most important is remembering Tom. Each player will get a special keepsake jersey which have been kindly sponsored through Kidney Bongos for which we are very grateful.
