But it totally isn’t turning into the Handmaid’s Tale…that would be riduculous…

That’s DUP levels of logic there. Punish the woman who ‘kills’ her child, by killing her.

I have always maintained that South Carolina is the biggest, shithole state in the Union.
I’ll be in Columbia for Paddy’s Day. ( At least Oaf Head O’Brien won’t be there. His junket is to Atlanta)
A shithouse holiday in a shithouse state. Perfect.

Maybe you should head down the road into Georgia…I’ve heard Savannah has a brilliant St Patrick’s Day festival. It’s on my bucket list.

I lived in Georgia for over 20 years. Savannah is a nice town but Paddy’s Day in America is like Paddy’s Day in Dublin nowadays i.e. A load of bollix.

Only ever been in NYC for Paddy’s Day which was fun. To be honest the day is dying a slow death across the country in my opinion. Used to be a great drinking day. We used to head to a pub to watch the club finals.

Now it’s hit or miss. Streets full of drunken young ones or quiet pubs. This year most people I know are staying in and planning to go out Saturday evening early instead for the (hopefully) grand slam game v England in the rugby.

Went once and it was carnage with all creeds being locked celebrating st pattys day. The parade itself was grand for 15 mins.

Had a good night on the beer though in a boozer at the back of MSG - fuckers were charging 20 dollars a head to go into the pub - when we went to turn away they let us in for a tenner and gave us 2 drink tokens. We ended up drinking with a local crowd of irish and got a free bar for a couple of hours - could see why they were charhinf 20 dollar’s in - fcukers taking up pub space and have 1 drink for the night.

Been to savannah - lovely spot

Watched most of that case with Alec Murdagh, if thats anything to go by, your above statement is bang on! The netflix doc is an eye opener too. Mental stuff. Side note - what an ugly family!

Ah c’mon…Charleston & the beaches are stunning.

This is true but they are still in South Carolina.

You must have very high standards if you think it’s a bigger shit hole than Alabama or West Virginia.
