Nah, the reply button is just on this wall.

On a normal thread you can reply to the thread at the end of the thread, or click the little quote icon to quote the person. If you highlight a piece of text and clikc INSERT QUOTE it'll add that quote to your reply as a quote from the person.

On mobile, you can do the same, highlight a piece of text and INSERT QUOTE or click the three little dots to the right of their post and click QUOTE to quote that reply in your reply.
